ایک دفعہ بابا جی فرید رحمتہ اللہ علیہ اپنے سیلانی دور میں ایک بستی سے گزرے۔ دیکھا کہ ایک خوبصورت عورت ایک غریب عورت کو مار رہی ہے ۔ ۔ ۔ ۔ ۔ بابا جی نے وجہ دریافت فرمائی ۔ بابا جی اپنے سفر پر  گامزن ہو گئے ۔ ۔ ۔ ۔ ۔ ۔ ایک مدت کے بعد واپسی کا سفر شروع ہوا اور اسی بستی کے قبرستان میں قیام کے دوران بابا جی نے ایک عجیب منظر دیکھا ۔ ۔ ۔ ۔ ۔ ۔ ایک چڑیا نے ایک انسانی کھوپڑی میں اپنے بچے دیے ہوئے تھے ۔ ۔ ۔ ۔ ۔ ۔ وہ چڑیا آتی اور چونچ میں خوراک لا کر بچوں کو کھلاتی، لیکن ۔ ۔ ۔ ۔ ۔ ۔ بچے کھوپڑی کی آنکھوں سے باہر منہ نکالتے اور خوراک لے کر اندر چلے جاتے ۔ ۔ ۔ ۔ ۔ ۔ انسانی کھوپڑی کا یہ مصرف بابا جی کو عجیب سا لگا ۔ ۔ ۔ ۔ ۔ ۔ انہوں نے یہ دیکھنے کے لئے مراقبہ کیا کہ یہ کھوپڑی کس آدمی کی ہے ۔ ۔ ۔ ۔ ۔ ۔ انہیں معلوم ہوا کہ یہ تو اسی خوبصورت عورت کی ہے جو آنکھ میں ریت کا ذرّہ برداشت نہ کرتی تھی ۔ ۔ ۔ ۔ ۔ ۔ آج اس کی آنکھوں میں چڑیا کے بچے بیٹھے ہوئے ہیں ۔ ۔ ۔ ۔ ۔ ۔ ۔ ۔ ۔ ۔ ۔ اطلاع ملی کہ یہ امیر عورت ایک عشرت گاہ کی مالکہ ہے اور غریب اس کی ملازمہ ۔ ۔ ۔ ۔ ۔ ۔ بلکہ مشاطہ ۔ ۔ ۔ ۔ ۔ ۔ اس دن نوکرانی نے مال

Ponder about the creations of Allah ‏ We start with the Name of Allah. Praise be to Allah the Lord of the worlds and may Allah raise the rank of our master Muhammad peace to be upon him. Friends of Allah Wali, plural aliyah, is an Arabic word meaning friend. Awliya Allah, therefore, means Friends of Allah Pak. Reference to the Friends of Allah Pak is found in the Quran, Hadith Qudsi & Narrations of our Holy Prophet (saw). We would, firstly, like to bring you to the attention of the following authentic hadith which has been narrated in Abu Daud that Our Holy Prophet (saw) said: ‘O, people! Listen, understand and know it well. Allah has servants who are neither Prophets nor martyrs and whom the Prophets and martyrs yearn to be like, due to their seat and proximity in relation to Allah.... Our Holy Prophet (saw) then described these people and then read the following Ayah in which Allah Pak says in the Qur'an: "Behold! Verily on the Friends of Allah there is no fear nor shall they grieve" Quran (Surah10: Verse 62) Abu Huraira (r.a) also reports a Hadith Qudsi in which our Holy Prophet (saw) informs us that Allah Pak said:

Types of Zikr There are three types of Zikr: 1. Practical 2. Verbal 3. Silent 1. Practical Practical Zikr, also known as "Zikr-e-Faily", is performed with one's obedient actions. It comprises of obedience to: i) The commandments of Allah Pak i.e. Prayer, Fasting, Hajj, Umrah, Zakat, charity etc ii) The Sunnah of our Holy Prophet (saw) i.e. eating, drinking, sleeping, walking, talking, dressing etc. 2. Verbal Verbal Zikr, also known as "Zikr-e-Lisani", is observed with one's tongue. It comprises of: i) Loud Zikr; i.e. Azan, Takbir, Collective zikr. ii) Low tone zikr, i.e. Tasbihat, ma's noon Dua. 3. Silent Silent Zikr, also known as "Qalbi Zikr", "Zikr-e-Kafi" and "Daimi Zikr" is performed within oneself. There are many stages to silent zikr.
